It’s Workplace is an outsourcing and remote staffing company built to help businesses access the people, expertise, and operational support they need to grow.
ItsWorkplace was established in 2023, originally operating as GR8 Connect, a provider under the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
The company later transitioned into a digital marketing agency serving businesses in New York, supporting clients across retail, e-commerce, technology, and real estate.
Our move into outsourcing began when Doroni, an aerospace company in Florida, engaged our team to support its fundraising campaigns. This opportunity opened the door to a broader offshore staffing model focused on staff augmentation, specialized talent, and operational support.
Today, ItsWorkplace connects businesses with professionals across the Philippines, India, South America, and other parts of Asia, providing flexible staffing solutions and specialized operational services designed around each client’s needs.
