Helping Doroni Aerospace Unveil the H1X

The Challenge

As Doroni Aerospace continued to develop its brand and participate in industry events, the company needed reliable creative support that could quickly produce professional marketing materials while maintaining a consistent visual identity.

The workload varied significantly, from routine marketing graphics to event-specific materials that needed to be completed within tight deadlines.

Patricia's Role

Patricia became a dependable extension of Doroni Aerospace's team, supporting a wide range of creative requirements, including:

  • Marketing and promotional graphics

  • Social media creative assets

  • Event graphics and promotional materials

  • Presentation and marketing materials

  • Digital advertisements

  • Product and brand visuals

  • Creative concepts for campaigns

  • Graphics supporting aerospace and aviation events

  • Updates and revisions to existing marketing materials

Her role also required her to adapt designs based on the specific audience, platform, event, and marketing objective.

Supporting Doroni Aerospace Events

One of Patricia's key contributions has been her involvement in Doroni Aerospace's various events.

Event marketing often requires multiple creative assets produced within a short period of time. Patricia supported these efforts by creating and updating graphics needed before, during, and after events.

This included preparing promotional materials, event-specific graphics, social media assets, and other visual content that helped Doroni maintain a consistent presence across its marketing channels.

Her familiarity with the company and its products allowed her to work efficiently without having to repeatedly learn the brand, messaging, and design requirements from the beginning.

Long-Term Value

After 2.5 years with Doroni Aerospace, Patricia has developed a strong understanding of the company's visual identity, products, marketing needs, and preferred creative direction.

This long-term relationship has allowed her to move beyond simply completing individual design requests. She has become a familiar and dependable resource for Doroni's ongoing creative work.

For Doroni, having a dedicated creative professional who already understands the business means less time spent explaining projects and more time focused on producing and executing marketing initiatives.

Hot Seat with Patricia

1. How did you first become involved with Doroni?

Sam and Angela introduced me to Doroni and assigned me to the account. That was how I first became involved, and the collaboration grew from there.

2. What was your original role/responsibility when you started working with Doroni?

I initially worked on social media graphics. As we reviewed and established their visual branding, my role expanded to presentations, webinar materials, event assets, social media and web display ads, and other marketing collateral. What started with social posts eventually grew beyond the feed.

3. What kinds of tasks or projects have you handled for Doroni?

I’ve worked on social media graphics, presentations, webinar materials, event backdrops and other event assets, and social media and web display ads. At this point, if a project falls within my design skills, I’m happy to collaborate and help bring it to life.

4. What were some of the biggest challenges or problems Doroni needed help with when you started?

One of the biggest challenges was creating visuals that could attract attention and make a product still in development feel tangible and convincing. We relied heavily on 3D renders, and as the product evolved, the visuals needed to keep up.

It required flexibility, close collaboration, and quite a few revisions. Working with their 3D render artist and Abe’s team helped us develop concepts that could support both immediate marketing needs and future assets.

5. Was there a particular project or moment where you felt your work made a significant difference for Doroni? If so, what happened?

Their “Soul of the Sky” unveiling event definitely stands out. I collaborated with Abe and Amit on materials such as presentations and backdrops.

They shared the official event photos afterward, and seeing our work become part of the actual experience was incredibly fulfilling. After hours of designing and rounds of revisions, it was a lovely moment of, “We helped make that happen.”

6. Did your responsibilities grow or change over time? If yes, how?

Yes. As I became more familiar with Doroni’s brand, my role grew from creating individual assets to helping translate business ideas into visuals.

Abe regularly shares the purpose behind projects, including the business goals. That context helps me create designs intended to connect with potential investors, customers, and a wider audience. It gives the work a clear purpose beyond simply looking good.

7. What do you think Doroni valued most about the support you provided?

I think they valued my willingness to offer an honest design perspective and stand behind recommendations when needed. I’m comfortable speaking up, explaining my reasoning, and helping keep the work aligned with the brand.

Sometimes that means reminding everyone of the brand guidelines. They may not be the most exciting person in the room, but they do keep everyone looking like they belong to the same company.

8. Were there any specific outcomes from your work that you can quantify?

I’d need to review our project records to give accurate counts. My work has expanded from social media graphics to supporting presentations, webinars, event materials, and advertising campaigns.

The “Soul of the Sky” event is one concrete example, with multiple deliverables prepared for the same occasion. I can provide a more detailed breakdown of completed projects and assets once I’ve checked the records.

9. Did working with Doroni allow you to take on responsibilities beyond your original role? If so, what were they?

Yes. Beyond my original social media work, I’ve taken on presentations, event materials, webinar assets, and advertising creatives.

The experience has also brought me back to the foundations of design: developing concepts, understanding the audience, and adapting to each client’s needs. Every client has a different niche, and Doroni has challenged me to stay flexible and creative while maintaining a consistent brand.

10. Is there anything about your experience with Doroni that you think demonstrates what ItsWorkplace can provide to other businesses?

Yes. It shows how ItsWorkplace can provide creative support that grows alongside a business. My involvement started with social media and expanded as Doroni’s needs evolved.

I believe our team has the skills to support businesses across a wider range of industries. Finding the right clients and understanding their goals allows us to contribute well beyond the initial task list.

11. Are there any specific projects, presentations, campaigns, or deliverables you’ve worked on that we’re allowed to mention or show?

I’ll confirm this with Abe before sharing specific materials, particularly if the case study will be published publicly. Once I have his approval, I can identify which projects and deliverables we can mention or show.

12. Is there anything about the Doroni account that you think I should know that I haven’t asked about?

They’re good people with ambitious ideas, and I appreciate being part of their creative process. Seeing the work that goes into developing their product has given me a real respect for the team behind it.

I’m grateful that I get to contribute to something so forward-looking. Designing for the future is a pretty interesting day at work.

The ItsWorkplace Difference

Patricia's work with Doroni Aerospace demonstrates how an offshore creative professional can become an integrated part of a company's internal team.

Rather than functioning as a project-by-project freelancer, Patricia has worked with Doroni consistently for 2.5 years, developing a deeper understanding of the company and providing ongoing support across its graphics, marketing, and event requirements.

The result is a long-term creative resource that understands the business, knows the brand, and is ready to support the next project.
